the page failed load

Working fine, but now when I go to properties when I right click on computer, I get a blank screen with 'The page failed to load'. Why? Thanks.

I don't know why, but that happened to me once. It went back to normal when I rebooted and I haven't seen it since. If it happened more often I might be able to figure out what I did.
